Russian-backed militants violated the ceasefire regime eight times in Donbas on Saturday (Dec. 28)
The enemy fired on Ukrainian positions with 120 mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, grenade launchers of various systems, large machine guns, and other small arms, the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters stated.
There were three attacks in the eastern conflict zone and five in the northern.
Russian-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Shyrokyne, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Krymske, Orikhove, Novoluhanske.
No casualities among Ukrainian troops were reported.
