Today, on August 26, 15 regions suffered today, as a result of a massive Russian attack. The enemy used various types of weapons: UAVs, cruise missiles, “Kynzhals”. There are wounded and dead. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

He noted that the Russian terrorists again targeted the country’s energy infrastructure.

“Unfortunately, there is damage in a number of regions. Ukrenergo is forced to use emergency power outages to stabilize the system,” Shmyhal noted.

According to him, the heads of regional military administrations were instructed to deploy invincibility points in the regions if necessary.

“To stop the barbaric shelling of Ukrainian cities, it is necessary to destroy where Russian missiles are launched from. To do this, Ukraine needs long-range weapons and permission from partners to hit Russian targets with them. We count on the support of our allies and will definitely make Russia pay,” the prime minister emphasized.

The Russians also attacked the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Station in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, according to local media.

The scale of the destruction is being clarified. There is no breach of the dam.
