President enacted the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine decision on personal sanctions

Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine decision on personal sanctions against the secretary of the election commission from Crimea Olha Kalinina.

The sanctions are imposed for a period of three years, reports UA with reference to the Office of President of Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of September 7, 2021 “On amending personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”. The decree No. 458/2021 is published on the website of the Office of President of Ukraine.

“To put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated September 7, 2021 “On Amending Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures” – is written in the document.

The appendix to the decree states that the sanctions are being imposed on Olha Kalinina, born on February 8, 1977, who lives in the village of Pervomayske, Pervomaiske district of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

They provide for the blocking of assets (temporary restriction of the human right to use and dispose of the property belonging to him), the prevention of the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine.

According to the Kremlin-controlled Election Commission of the Republic of Crimea, Olha Kalinina is the secretary of the Territorial Election Commission of the Pervomaiske district.
