Our contribution to victory is our unity, trust and respect for each other, – Deputy PM Vereshchuk

Our contribution to victory is our unity, trust, and respect for each other. Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, expressed this conviction on air of Ternopil TV. She noted that the process of “cementing” the Ukrainian nation is underway. At the front, the army is fighting the enemy, and in safe territories, many of those who had to flee the war are starting their new lives.

According to her, internally displaced persons are gradually integrating into communities, and that’s good.

“I am grateful to the communities that treat internally displaced persons with patience and Christlike love. We will all continue to help IDPs adapt to life in their new communities as quickly as possible. But they should also make every effort to integrate into local communities, find a job or at least do some volunteer work, do something useful for people and eventually become full-fledged members of the community,” Iryna Vereshchuk summarized.
