OSCE Records More Than 465 Explosions in Donbass Per Day

The Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), recorded more than 465 explosions in 24 hours, in Donbass, between Feb. 21 and 22.

The OSCE released this information in a report on Feb. 23.

“In the Donetsk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including 375 explosions, compared with the previous reporting period (134 explosions),” the report stated.

In the Luhansk region, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations, around 90 explosions, compared with the previous reporting period (150 explosions).
