Russia doesn’t win or lose majorly which makes it impossible to start a negotiating process.

Czech President said this in an interview with Czech Radio, according to Radio Prague International.

“Russia has not achieved any significant territorial successes, and there are no signs of a strategic breakthrough on its part, but it has more resources than Ukraine,” the Czech leader concluded.

He added that until Ukraine doesn’t have enough military support, Russia will not be concerned over its defeat and will not be interested in negotiations. Instead, Russia will keep offering various ways to surrender for Ukraine.

Earlier, Hungarian PM Viktor Orban suggested that Ukraine agreed to an immediate ceasefire to further negotiate conditions for ending the war.
