No race, no gender – otherwise fine for mistreat in employment ads

“A woman, not older than 45”. From now on any employer who uses clarifications of a kind in job advertisements – will be fined. On January 8, amendments to the Law “On Advertising” came into force. Thus, the employers – cannot offer work only to women, or only to men, or to representatives of a particular race, or demand certain religious or political views.
