In Ukraine, the third wave of coronavirus continues to decline. During the previous day, 7 915 new patients with COVID-19 were recorded. This was announced on April 27, by the Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov, UATV informs.
Most of all new cases were fixed in Kyiv – 869. In Poltava region, 651 infected were recorded, in Donetsk – 588. 580 and 552 cases in Odesa and Zaporizhzhia regions.
1 650 people were hospitalized. 432 people died. At the same time, 17 391 patients recovered.
Over the whole period of the pandemic in Ukraine, the following was recorded:
– 2 038 248 patients with coronavirus;
– 1 596 829 recovered;
– 42 950 deaths.
Also, over the previous day, 11 100 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Ukraine. During the whole period of the vaccination campaign, 539 126 Ukrainians were vaccinated, 9 of them received 2 doses of the drug.
