The outstanding singer published a video that included Ukrainian children and explained that the Global Peace Summit initiated by Ukraine would protect little Ukrainians abducted by Russian occupants.
“Wherever there is conflict, children suffer…… Ukraine, Palestine, Israel, Yemen, Syria, Nigeria, Congo, Malawi……. The list is endless. We may not agree on many things, but I pray that we all agree that our children need to be protected!” Madonna appealed to her Instagram followers.
As the singer seeks to help children experiencing the war, she emphasized on the importance of the Global Peace Summit that will focus on humanitarian issue such as the release of prisoners and the return of children deported to Russia.
Also, she added that the peace conference is the tool to end the war in the future.
“I stand for peace for all children everywhere. All over the world. And I will never stop! I hope you will join me,” the singer concluded.
Around 80 countries and organizations have already officially agreed to attend the Global Peace Summit on June 15-16.
