Lavrov continues to avoid a meeting of foreign ministers of the Normandy format – Kuleba

Proposals for a meeting in the Normandy format from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov leave no doubt that he continues to avoid it.

This was stated by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in the program “Pravo na Vladu” (“Right to Power”) on the 1+1 TV channel, UA informs.

According to Kuleba, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent its proposals to Germany, France and Ukraine on what should be the final document of a potential meeting of foreign ministers in the Normandy format.

“But this document is written in such a way that it leaves no doubt, except to confirm that Minister Lavrov continues to avoid this meeting at a time when we see the intensification of Russian propaganda and the spinning of this hybrid war flywheel” – said the Foreign Minister.
