25,255 agreements were concluded within the land market as of October 4.
This is reported by UA with the reference to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
5,096 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. The total number of applications was 5,723, of which 5,061 were approved, 2 were in the queue for consideration, and 660 were rejected.
Kyiv (2,138) and Poltava (2,089) regions are leading in the number of agreements.
Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Dzioba said that there is a tendency to increase the number of land transactions and the area sold. According to him, average 200 transactions are registered every day. The average size of a land plot is about 2 hectares, which corresponds to the average size of a land share in Ukraine.
