Pavlo Zhebrivskyi spoke of his fruitful meeting with Japan’s Ambassador Shigeki Sumi in Kramatorsk city: “During the visit, the delegation inspected private houses restored by the UN Refugee Agency with the financial sponsorship of Japan, and other international sponsors within the UNHCR. The United Nations’ project focuses mainly on repairing buildings that were damaged during the conflict along the demarcation line in 2017.”

This year, thanks to Japanese investments, the company “Water Donbass” will be able to acquire the armored vehicles they need to perform their duty safely. Both water and gas supply for the citizens of the Donetsk region – on both sides of demarcation line – will be reconditioned.

Japan’ s Ambassador Shigeki Sumy ensured that he would do everything that he can to help the Donetsk legitimate Governor to rebuild and restore his region anew “We will do everything possible to help you,” he emphasized.
