The European Commission announced allocation of additional 3.5 million euros of humanitarian aid to support vulnerable groups affected by the armed conflict in Donbas.
Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine reported this, UA informs.
This money will help the most vulnerable segments of population, in particular the elderly and people with disabilities, to meet their basic needs. They will also focus on providing access to medicine and receiving psychosocial and psychological assistance.
The aid will go to vulnerable populations on both sides of the contact line.
