Emmanuel Macron calls on security deal between Europe and Russia

French President Emmanuel Macron seeks a “frank dialogue” with Russia and a political solution to the tensions over Ukraine. He told this in his address to the European lawmakers, while presenting a plan of a French six-months presidency in the Council of Europe.
