E-tickets to most local trains are available at the moment.
This was reported by acting Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia Yevgen Kravtsov on Facebook.

JSC Ukrzaliznytsia expands the list of trains for which electronic tickets can be issued. From February 7 to February 10 online tickets to most local trains (800 numerations) can be bought online with drawing up of electronic travel document. It doesn’t need to be swapped for ordinary tickets at the railway ticket offices,” – said Kravtsov.
Train attendants are already provided with mobile monitoring terminals. It is enough to buy a ticket online and present a document in a printed form or on the screen of gadget.
According to Kravtsov, more than 4 million passengers use regional trains annually.
Note that “Ukrzaliznytsia” increases the number of booking offices due to the demand of EU destinations.
