Drones of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine destroyed three planes at an airfield in Russia, another five MiGs were damaged

The drones of the Main Directorate of Intelligence attacked the airfield “Savasleyka” in the Nizhnygorod region of Russia. As a result, three planes were destroyed, and another five were damaged.

One of the strikes was carried out on August 16, when a MIG-31K/I aircraft and two IL-76 aircraft were destroyed at the airfield. Another 5, probably MIG-31K/I, were damaged.

In addition, Savasleika was also attacked on August 13. At that time, the storage of fuel and lubricants was damaged there and the MIG-31K/I aircraft was damaged. At the time of the attack on August 13, there were 11 MiG-31K/I aircraft, an Il-76 aircraft, five Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters at the Russian airfield.

As previously reported, on the morning of August 14, Russian Telegram channels wrote “about 10 shots” shelling at the “Savasleyka” military air base. At that time, the territory was almost blocked off.
