Ukrainian heavyweight Dmytro Chumak won the bronze medal at the World Championship in Pattaya, Thailand.
He won a medal in the clean and jerk in the 102 kilogram category, the National Olympic Committee (NOC) stated.
“Congratulations to the Ukrainian heavyweight Dmytro Chumak (weight category – 102 kg) with the bronze medal of the World Championship in the clean and jerk. Our athlete showed the fourth result in the biathlon – 393 kg (176 + 217),” the NOC said.
