Kyiv  —  NGO “Global Ukraine” has launched the same-name mobile app to communicate with Ukrainian diaspora leaders around the world. The app is available on Apple Store and Google Play.

“Our eighth forum is dedicated to launching our Global Ukraine app on Apple Store and Google Play. We have designed a communication platform that will make it easy to communicate with the progressive and effective leaders of the Ukrainian diaspora around the world,” co-founder of Global Ukrainians Forum Violeta Moskalu said at the VIII Global Ukrainians Forum on November 22 in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

She added that the platform would provide information about Ukrainian communities that exist in different countries, their leaders and the projects they are involved in.

“Everyone will have a chance to suggest news, projects, communities. The focus here is on concrete things – to gather those who will do more. … those who work for real results and achieve them,” Moskalu said.

According to Moskalu, the purpose of creating such an online platform is to establish and simplify the process of communication with those Ukrainian migrants who are indifferent to Ukraine, promote the image of our country in the world and help to promote domestic business abroad.

Global Ukraine is a non-governmental organization established in 2015. It unites Ukrainians in over 80 countries.

The organization implements several projects: Global Ukraine News – the Ukrainian news agency focusing on Ukrainian news, diaspora and community initiatives and Global Ukraine Business Hub – the project aimed at helping Ukrainian creative producers enter international markets.
