The Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading the bill No. 3637 “On virtual assets”, which regulates the cryptocurrency industry in Ukraine.

This is reported by UA with reference to the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

The bill should regulate the virtual asset market and its participants, the explanatory note says. It also regulates the legal status of virtual assets and civil relations between individuals and legal entities that arise when digital assets are used.
