China Development Cooperation Agency spokesperson Li Ming said that China is ready to help Ukraine recover from the war and continue to provide other assistance.
This was reported by a source of ChinaDaily
‘We are willing to continue to provide assistance within our capabilities in accordance with the wishes of the parties concerned, which of course includes post-war reconstruction (recovery).’
Li Ming reminded that China has already provided four batches of humanitarian aid to Ukraine since the start of the war in Ukraine.
According to him, ‘China will continue to be a positive force for peace and stability in the world and a progressive force for global justice and fairness.’
In February, experts at the Institute for the Study of War suggested that Russia was trying to show that China shares the Kremlin’s position on the war in Ukraine more than China is willing to publicly admit.
