Ceasefire required to restore water supply in Toretsk

Residents of the Eastern-Ukrainian city of Toretsk live without water supply for the third week in a row. The cut-off happened on the non-government controlled territory. Since then the city receives twice cut the norm of water per day. Every day the city has to acquire 14 thousand cubic meters of water. The setback may be resolved only after the illegal armed groups provide the security guarantees. Three weeks after the emergency still pending to settle.
