Boryspil International Airport is among 15 largest airports in Europe in terms of the number of passengers

Boryspil International Airport took 14th place in the list of the largest airports in Europe.

This was stated by Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Boryspil International Airport Volodymyr Zhmak, referring to the report of ACI Europe (Airports Council of Europe), the press service of the airport reports.

“According to the ACI Europe report, which included 341 largest airports in Europe, we are ahead of a number of powerful airports, including the airports of Vienna, Rome, Lisbon, Athens, Munich, Barcelona, Brussels, Stockholm, Zurich, Milan and Warsaw. Over the past 4 months of 2021, Boryspil airport ascended to the 14th place in Europe and for the first time in history entered the top 15″, – Zhmak said.

As of May 2021, Boryspil Airport has resumed 60% of flights compared to 2019.
