‘Enough fighting!’ Ivan Luzin, a former employee of Navalny’s headquarters in Kaliningrad, returned to Russia to conduct a peacekeeping campaign. In March last year, Luzin spent 25 days in a special detention center for an anti-war rally in which he participated. Now the activist plans to send the President of the Russian Federation an appeal from the citizens of the country demanding peace negotiations and an end to the war against Ukraine.
