After the massive Russian attack on August 26, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine’s partners can help put an end to Russian terror by making two decisions.

“There are two specific decisions that our partners can make to help us end Russian terror more quickly.

First, confirm Ukraine’s right to long-range strikes on all legitimate military targets on the territory of Russia.

Secondly, the agreement to use the air defense capabilities of partners to shoot down missiles and drones approaching their airspace.

The minister stressed that none of these decisions is an escalation.

“On the contrary, they will deter Russia, help reduce terror and the number of Russian attacks, as well as related casualties. Act now, not later. Help us save lives,” Kuleba concluded.
