On July 25, Ukraine refused to be represented at the session of the UN Security Council convened by the aggressor to spread false narratives about Ukraine and condemn Western military assistance.

This was announced by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Russia has no right to preside over the Security Council,” the Ukrainian delegation to the UN concluded.

Basically, Russian representative condemned Ukraine for resisting the aggressor, seeked to force it to surrender and accused it of crimes Russia made up.

“The effects of the Ukrainian crisis will not be surmounted as long as the lies that underpin the Kiev regime continue to live,” said Russia’s Nebenzya as he cynically stated that Ukraine staged Bucha massacre in 2022 and staged a coup in 2014. The latter arguement proves that the roots of Russia’s aggression go back to 2014 when Ukraine decided it no longer wanted to be within Russia’s influence and that Russia doesn’t acknowledge any Ukrainian government after 2014 because it’s not controlled by it.

Nebenzya also threatened that Ukraine shouldn’t rely on any other scenarios rather than accepting a peace offer Putin formulated a month ago. It should be noted that Vladimir Putin’s peace plan envisages Ukraine withdrawal from Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia and giving up its Euroatlantic integration.
