Diana Varinska Wins Three Gold Medals in Croatia

After two days of competition, Ukrainian gymnast Diana Varinska won three gold medals at the International Gymnastics Federation World Challenge Cup in Croatia, the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine reported.

Varinska won in floor exercises, balance beam and uneven bars.

Yesterday, she won the floor crown with a score of 13.367. Zsofia Kovacs of Hungary was second with 12.800, and Anamaria Ocolisan of Romania won bronze with a score of 12.733.

The Ukrainian scored 13.000 points to win the balanace beam category. Barbora Mokosova of Slovakia came second with 12.633 points, and Laura Jacob of Romania placed third with 12.467.

On May 26, she won the uneven bars category with a score of 14.000. Barbora Mokosova of Slovakia was second with 13.233, and bronze went to Noemi Makra of Hungary with 13.100.

She has also previously reached two finals at the 2017 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Montreal.
