The UK Defence Secretary, John Healey, stated that the situation on the frontline in Ukraine is currently difficult, with the front line being “less stable than ever since the first days of Russia’s full-scale invasion.”

He made these comments during a speech in the British Parliament, as quoted by Sky News.

Healey noted that there is a “very clear escalation” from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and his forces.

According to the British Defence Minister, Russia is increasing its attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure ahead of winter, citing media reports that Russia has used a new type of missile against Ukraine.

The British minister called this a “serious moment.”

“Military intelligence today shows that the frontline is now the least stable it has been since the early days of the full-scale Russian invasion on February 24, and we have seen a very clear escalation in recent weeks from Putin and his forces,” Healey stated.

On November 21, 2024, the Air Forces reported that Russian troops launched an intercontinental ballistic missile strike.

At the same time, the West has not yet confirmed such use.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Russia used a new missile.
