This week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive from Lithuania shells, mortar rounds, generators, and other supplies necessary for winter preparation.

As reported by Ukrinform, this information comes from the Lithuanian broadcaster LRT, citing the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense.

The ministry reminds that in response to Ukraine’s requests, Lithuania has already supplied this year 155mm artillery shells, M113 armored personnel carriers, drone defense systems, winter gear, warm clothing, ammunition for the Carl Gustaf anti-tank grenade launcher, RISE-1 remote detonation systems, generators, loaders, foldable beds, and more.

According to the Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the war, Lithuania has provided Ukraine with military assistance amounting to over €705 million. Lithuania’s total assistance to Ukraine is long-term in nature and has already exceeded €1 billion.
