125 Ukrainians are being illegally held in detention in the occupied Crimea. The new arrests took place in early September.
This was stated by Lyudmyla Denisova on Facebook, UA informs.
The Ombudswoman noted that the detention of Ukrainian citizens on the territory of the occupied peninsula continues.
“125 of our citizens are either arrested, or detained, or are serving sentences. And yesterday it happened again: 3 people have already been sent to pre-trial detention centers for 2 months and 4 people from 10 to 15 days will served the administrative arrest” – Denisova noted.
Earlier the Prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol re-qualified the criminal proceedings on the facts of the detention of the Crimean Tatars by the occupation authorities for war crimes.
To remind, Nariman Dhezlalov and the Akhtemov brothers, detained in Crimea, were tortured – Dzhaparova
